RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

For domestic returns you have a window of 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate the process for either a refund or store credit. Reach out to us at info@tyrellbrand.com to kick-start your return. Note all garments must have original tag still attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us within the same timeframe. Please note, there will be a $15 fee for return shipping and a $10 restocking fee per item. These charges will be subtracted from your refund, with the original shipping fees non-refundable.

Your refund will only be processed upon receiving of the returned item(s) at Tyrellbrand.

Domestic Exchange

Initiate your exchange request within 5 days of delivery. Upon request, a pre-paid return label will be sent to you via email. Your exchanged item(s) will be dispatched only upon receiving of the returned item(s). Kindly peruse our standards for returns and exchanges outlined below before proceeding.

We entertain exchanges solely for item(s) purchased through our website. You may swap an item for a different size or color within the same style as the originally purchased item. For a change in style, kindly return the original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
