Tyrellbrand processes in Toronto within 1 - 3 business days of the order date. Following processing, delivery typically takes an additional 2 - 7 business days, depending on the chosen carrier/shipment speed. Orders are fulfilled When the post offices are open between; Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please be aware that shipping times may be extended during periods of high demand. If that might be an issue please let us know upon ordering.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Tyrellbrand bears no liability for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please promptly contact your local USPS or DHL office, providing them with the tracking number.
